The short-wave infrared (SWIR) camera features an InGaAs focal plane array with TEC cooling, resolution of 640×512 and a pixel pitch of 15μm. Its spectral response range covers 0.9μm to 1.7μm. The camera supports both GigE and PAL video output modes, with GigE delivering 640×512 resolution and PAL providing 720×576 resolution.
