Product Description


1.Composition

The 40-320mm continuous zoom SWIR camera adopts an InGaAs FPA detector with TEC cooling, featuring a resolution of 640×512 and a pixel pitch of 15μm. Its spectral response range covers 0.9μm to 1.7μm. Equipped with deep TEC cooling, it further reduces readout noise.


2.Features

The detector employs TEC (Thermoelectric Cooler) deep cooling technology combined with precise temperature control, achieving a cooling temperature difference of up to 40°C.
NUC, bad pixel correction, temporal filtering, spatial filtering, and image enhancement.
Miniaturization and low power consumption.
High SNR, low dark current, and low noise.
It features exceptional environmental adaptability, enabling clear and stable imaging for extended periods under extreme high-temperature or low-temperature conditions.
