The 40-320mm continuous zoom SWIR camera adopts an InGaAs FPA detector with TEC cooling, featuring a resolution of 640×512 and a pixel pitch of 15μm. Its spectral response range covers 0.9μm to 1.7μm. Equipped with deep TEC cooling, it further reduces readout noise.
The detector employs TEC (Thermoelectric Cooler) deep cooling technology combined with precise temperature control, achieving a cooling temperature difference of up to 40°C.
