Product Description

General

The company can mass-produce various high-precision optical components, including spherical, flat, prism, cylindrical, and aspherical elements, covering a range from visible light to infrared wavelengths. The materials used include standard optical materials, infrared materials, silicon carbide, and various optical crystals. For infrared materials, processing is equipped with ultra-precision single-point diamond turning lathes, capable of machining materials like germanium, silicon, and sulfide with a maximum diameter of φ440mm. The company offers complete solutions for the CNC processing, inspection, and manufacturing of optical aspheres in the visible light range, with capabilities to produce secondary, higher-order, coaxial, and off-axis aspherical optical parts with diameters up to φ800mm. Additionally, it can design and manufacture various large aspheric primary and secondary mirror systems with different technical specifications, achieving surface shape accuracy at an industry-leading level.

Precision optical manufacturing 

1. High-precision lenses

1.1 Visible light lenses

Material types: Fused silica, crown glass, flint glass, crystals, and various colorless glasses.
  • Surface accuracy: PV better than λ/15, RMS better than λ/100.
  • Diameter range: φ5mm to φ200mm.
  • Coating types: Various anti-reflective coatings, beam-splitting coatings, etc.

1.2 IR lenses
  • Material Types: Single-crystal germanium, single-crystal silicon, zinc selenide (ZnSe), zinc sulfide (ZnS), barium fluoride (BaF2), magnesium fluoride (MgF2), chalcogenide glass, and various other infrared materials.
  • Surface Accuracy: PV better than λ/10, RMS better than λ/70.
  • Diameter Range: φ5mm to φ200mm.
  • Coating Types: Various anti-reflective coatings (including DLC coatings), beam-splitting coatings, etc.
2.High-precision prisms
  • Surface Accuracy: PV better than λ/10 (visible light).
  • Angle Accuracy: ≤2".

3.High-Precision Aspheres

3.1 Visible Light Aspheres

  • Material Types: Microcrystalline, quartz, K9, ULE, SIC, and other materials.
  • Surface Accuracy: Visible light materials PV better than λ/7 or RMS better than λ/80.
  • Aspherical Types: Various secondary aspheres, higher-order aspheres, and freeform surfaces including hyperboloids, parabolas, and ellipsoids.
  • Diameter Range: Up to φ800mm.


3.2 Infrared Aspheres

  • Material Types: Single-crystal silicon, single-crystal germanium, zinc selenide (ZnSe), zinc sulfide (ZnS), chalcogenide glass, aluminum, and other materials.

  • Aspherical Types: Various secondary aspheres, higher-order aspheres, diffraction surfaces, and freeform surfaces including hyperboloids, parabolas, and ellipsoids.
