Product Description

For infrared material processing, the company is equipped with ultra-precision single-point diamond turning machines, enabling the machining of germanium, silicon, chalcogenide, and other materials with a maximum diameter of up to Φ440mm. In the field of visible light optics and fully CNC-controlled optical asphere manufacturing, the company provides comprehensive solutions, supporting the production of various secondary, high-order, coaxial, and off-axis aspheric optical components with diameters up to Φ800mm.

Additionally, the company specializes in the design and fabrication of primary and secondary mirror systems with large asphericity and steep aspheric slopes, tailored to different technical requirements. The surface accuracy of these optics reaches industry-leading levels.
